How to remove your KickJourney account and associated data.

You can delete your KickJourney user account at any time and without giving reasons. The following guide describes the two permitted methods for requesting deletion and the scope of data removed.

1. Deletion via the KickJourney App

  1. Open the KickJourney app on your smartphone and log in with your credentials.
  2. Tap your profile or user icon in the top right to access account settings.
  3. Select "Delete account" and confirm the action in the security dialog that follows.

After successful confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 24 hours.

2. Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can alternatively request the deletion of your account in writing. Send us an informal email to support@kickjourney.pro.

For data protection and security reasons, we can only process deletion requests when the request is demonstrably sent from the email address linked to your KickJourney account. We will confirm receipt and completion of the deletion by reply message.

3. Scope of Deletion

When your account is deleted, the following data will be removed in particular: your profile, your training and progress data, your uploaded content (e.g. analysis videos), and your communication history with us. Statutory retention obligations — for example in tax or commercial law — may in limited individual cases require longer storage of certain billing data. In such cases, the affected data will be blocked for further use and also deleted after the statutory periods expire.
